What to prepare before you submit
Each content type has specific requirements. Review the guide for your content type below before filling in the form.
Topic Content
A Topic bundles a podcast, quiz, and quick guide around a single subject. You can submit any one or all three — we'll assemble them into a complete topic on the platform.
- Source material (Word, PDF, or Google Doc)
- Suggested title and key points to cover
- Specific Act/Regulation sections to reference
- Pre-recorded .m4a or .mp3 (optional, max 50MB)
- 5–15 multiple-choice questions on one topic
- 4 options per question with the correct answer marked
- A 1–2 sentence explanation for each correct answer
- Legislative reference for each question where applicable
- Written guide, checklist, or summary (200–1,500 words)
- Clear title and topic area
- Legislative references where applicable
- Any diagrams, tables, or checklists to include
Tip: The more specific your topic, the better. "Supervisor obligations under CMSHA s.38" beats "Safety" every time.

Each question needs a correct answer and a brief explanation — this is what makes MINRES quizzes genuinely educational, not just a test.
Example question format
